About Me

From a family of musicians, I believe that creative art is one of the most powerful ways to get in touch with the divine. Born in San Diego, CA, I studied linguistics and creative writing at Rutgers (class of 2020), and received a master’s degree in education and Judaica at the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies (class of 2023). I am a prayer leader at several synagogues, my compositions have been performed by multiple Jewish organizations, and I'm a regular contributor to the Open Siddur Project. When not doing Jewish creative work, you can find me cooking Jewish food (which is creative in its own way).
